Pricing and execution information

Where the platform displays prices, spreads, fees or execution information, those figures are the current values shown for your account at the time of the transaction. Market conditions can change rapidly, and displayed quotes may differ from the price ultimately available.

We do not publish invented spreads, leverage limits, execution speeds, custody arrangements or fee tables on this page. If a value is not shown in your account or in a specific service document, contact support before relying on it.

Orders and transactions

An order or transaction is not complete until it is confirmed by the platform and reflected in your account. Confirmation screens, transaction references and account statements are the best record of what was agreed. Review the details carefully before confirming.

Deposits and withdrawals

Available payment methods and any applicable fees are shown in the deposit or withdrawal area of your account. Requests may be subject to identity verification, security checks and compliance review. Processing arrangements can vary by method and are not guaranteed to occur within a fixed time.

Do not send funds to an address or account that you have not verified within the platform. Contact support if a transaction status appears incorrect.

Risk controls and market risk

Trading and investing involve significant risk. Leverage, where available, can magnify both profits and losses. Prices can gap and liquidity can reduce during volatile periods. Risk-management tools do not remove market risk and may not protect against every loss.

Charts, tickers and market overviews may be supplied by third parties such as TradingView. Such data can be delayed and is provided for information and analysis. It should not be treated as an executable quote.
